Tell us a bit about you and your journey…

I have always been involved in sports at a competitive level from a young age with tennis, swimming, rugby, cricket and soccer to name a few. I came into CrossFit back in 2016 and today I actively train at Benton CrossFit in NSW Australia. I am no stranger to competition with a number of local and internationally recognised competition placings to my name. Most recently I competed as an individual and in a team at the 2019 Wodapalooza Sanctioned event in Miami Florida, securing a 4th place in Individual and 16th in teams.


What is your proudest moment thus far?

Inspiring like-minded individuals and getting the chance to compete overseas in Miami.

Tell us about your morning routine

My morning routine is the same most days just depending on my work schedule if I’m coaching or not in the morning, if not I’m usually up around 6:30am have my breakfast and quick shower and then off to the gym to start my first training session of the day which would start around 7:45am for a few hours or I’ll be coaching from 5am to 12pm, waking up at 4am.

What’s your favourite way to use it or incorporate it into your healthy lifestyle, and why?

It’s the best protein to add with my oats whether it be with my breakfast, lunch or nighttime snack, as I also know that my body is getting the key nutrients it needs.

Tell us something interesting about yourself or a hidden talent

A hidden talent that I would say for myself is that I am able to play the guitar.

Any superstitions?

I do believe in what goes around comes around.

Do you prefer training in the morning or evening?

Mainly mornings.

Where can we find you on a Saturday?

Early hours of the morning at the gym throwing it down with the crew or at the beach with the lads, swimming away, eating good food and enjoying what a world we live in.

What’s on the horizon for you?

The horizon includes various CrossFit Sanctioned events in the next few years and focusing on getting myself a ticket to compete in Miami for next year I also have my eyes set on London, Italy and securing a spot to compete in the Gold Coast or Wollongong in the Sanctioned event.
