What is your proudest moment thus far?
I was the Youngest World Gym Australia franchisee owner. Have opened 4 health clubs by the age of 26, and have been blessed to be able to have changed/saved over 4,000 lives from depression, anxiety, obesity and suicide.
Tell us about your morning routine
Wake up, take my little sausage dog for a walk around the block. Quick bite to eat, which is usually oats and a Natural Mass shake or a banana. (Whilst checking my emails & Posting a picture for the gram). Then I head off to the gym!

What’s your favourite way to use it or incorporate it into your healthy lifestyle, and why?
I have the Natural Mass Shake with my breakfast and then again another in the afternoon for some good quality extra calories.
The Intra Strength I drink during my workout to prevent muscle breakdown, and also throughout the day if I am busy and miss a meal. (Not using it as a meal replacement, but as a mechanism to help my body to not eat away at my muscle if I am behind in calories for the day.)
Tell us something interesting about yourself or a hidden talent
I don’t drink alcohol EVER, and this is not for health reasons, its purely based on the fact I don’t like it or the way it effects majority of people.
Do you prefer training in the morning or evening?
Most certainly in the AM!
Where can we find you on a Saturday?
Out on the jet ski, playing basketball and going to the gym, then eating out at all the latest and yummy restaurants.
What’s on the horizon for you?
To have my most recent health club opened (Elite Street Fitness) to become the most successful franchised health club in Australia.
