Tell us a bit about you and your journey…

Growing up I was always the sporty kid! Tried every sport there was from Soccer to the complete opposite freestyle motocross.

Through my teenage years I veered off track due to bad influences and poor choices. Luckily fitness was the one consistent in my life.

I completed my PT course, changed my friend group and found like minded people with similar interests. Now I’m living my best life!

What is your proudest moment thus far?

Making a comeback from a dislocated ankle with severe ligament damage and associating fracture, within 10 weeks to compete and make it through to the grand finals of Australian Ninja Warrior. Making it a few obstacles short of the further person, all the while being told by multiple specialist, doctors and physios that even competing was impossible. This took my mindset on life to a whole other level

Tell us about your morning routine

4:30am wake up with a shower. Drive to work listening to a podcast, then training clients throughout the morning until lunch, then breaking the fast!

What’s your favourite PranaOn product?

Choc Cherry Coconut Tribal Force Protein! -

What’s your favourite way to use it or incorporate it into your healthy lifestyle, and why?

Having it in a pre made smoothie! Sometimes I’m so busy throughout the day and I don’t have time to eat. Luckily I can quickly down it inbetween my clients to make sure I’m getting adequate protein for the day!

Tell us something interesting about yourself or a hidden talent

I can eat food from containers on the floor while doing handstand push-ups, haha!

Any superstitions?

Government and alien conspiracies…Tell us the truth!

Do you prefer training in the morning or evening?

Depends on the type of training and the weather, so both 🙂

Where can we find you on a Saturday?

At my training partner’s house, watching motivational videos and preparing for an intense morning training session! Or Burleigh bars out in the sun getting in some reps and sets.

What’s on the horizon for you?

Competing nationally and hopefully internationally in calisthenics competitions. Possibly another season of Australian Ninja Warrior too.

Favourite motto to live by:

Only those who go too far, can possibly find out how far one can go.
