What is your proudest moment thus far?

Hearing my mother say how proud she was of me. I took her to the World Cup Finals in Moscow as i was judging and wanted her to be a part of my journey. I received a standing ovation as an athlete/judge/stage organiser. We both cried.

Tell us about your morning routine

05:00 wake up and straight to train with my best friend, girlfriend and gymbro Bree Fraser. Then PranaOn chocolate nutter butter bowl before I am straight into training slients and myself.

What’s your favourite PranaOn product?

Super Greens are the best tasting! What scorcery is this?!! From which realm does it come from?!! Greens are disgusting. let’s be honest. These ones are delicious! My go to is rich choc however as I use it in foods, shakes and even add supergreens!

What’s your favourite way to use it or incorporate it into your healthy lifestyle, and why?

2 bananas, 1 scoop of rich choc, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp maca, 125ml ‘not’ milk, blend, top with granola, hemp, cacao nibs, chia seeds, coconut flakes This is my daily morning breakfast. A lot of these are Nava products.

Tell us something interesting about yourself or a hidden talent

I’ve been homeless 4 times since i started my street workout journey and the sacrifices have made the journey to where i am now a powerful one.

Any superstitions?

None. I am petrified of snakes though. If I see one, I will move back to the UK.

Where can we find you on a Saturday?

Gym, breaky, beach, foodshop then quality time with my lady. Rituals.

What’s on the horizon for you?

Keep doing all possible to bring the calisthenics/street workout community together in Australia and hopefully fuel people to up the level.

Favourite motto to live by:

Make something bigger than yourself. Not yourself big.
