Red Velvet Protein Balls
These Red Velvet Protein Balls don’t even require a blender! Just a bowl, some simple ingredients and our delicious Red Velvet Organic Pure Protein. They’re date-free so are easy on the gut, and can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. Top with melted dark chocolate for a little lux touch. The perfect anytime treat.
Red Velvet Protein Balls
Serves: makes 7-8 serves
Time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 T sunflower seeds
1 T cacao nibs
2 T coconut oil
1/4 cup water
For topping:
50g melted dark chocolate
A sprinkle of freeze dried strawberries
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and mix to combine.
- Roll into 7-8 balls.
- Melt dark chocolate and dip each ball to coat the top and place on a plate.
- Sprinkle with crushed freeze dried strawberries.
- Place in the fridge to set.
- Enjoy!
