    Our current favourite dessert has to be this creamy, dreamy Cacao Hazelnut Paleo Chia Pudding. This grain-free, gluten free, and vegan recipe is super simple to make and uses only four nutritious ingredients. Chia seeds are rich in protein, fibre, omega 3, antioxidants and calcium, and work perfectly with our tasty grain-free Primal Protein. Make it for breakfast on the go, an anytime snack or after dinner chocolate fix. Tip: Try blending the chia seeds and other ingredients before setting for a mousse consistency!

    Cacao Hazelnut Paleo Chia Pudding

    Serves: makes 1 serve
    Time: 5 minutes

     

    Ingredients

    3/4 cup liquid of choice – water, coconut water or plant based milk

     

    Optional add ins for extra goodness:
    Maple syrup
    Pinch of salt

     

    Method

    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, glass or jar.
    2. Leave to set in fridge overnight or if in a rush leave for an hour.
    3. Top with your favourites. We’ve sprinkled cacao nibs and roasted hazelnuts to make the flavours pop!
