Healthy pancakes are the ultimate breakfast, snack or lets be honest – anytime food. These Mint Choc Matcha Protein Pancakes by Bobby from KetoFiit are boosted with alkalising greens, antioxidant-rich matcha and plenty of protein to keep you fueled all morning long. They are gluten-free, vegan and super tasty!

Mint Choc Matcha Protein Pancakes

Serves: 2
Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

2 cups almond meal
1 scoop Prana On Mint Choc Matcha Protein
1 tsp Prana On Super Greens
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp coconut oil

Method

In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.

Slowly add wet ingredients and mix well until combined.

Cook in a hot non-stick pan that is lightly greased with coconut oil.

Once golden on the bottom, flip and cook the other side.

Stack em’ up and serve with peanut butter, coconut yoghurt, granola, banana, fresh berries or whatever else your heart desires!
