Tell us a bit about your journey...
I’m 22 years old from Sydney. Health and fitness have always been a big part of my life. From a young age I competed in swimming and gymnastics which later gave me a great foundation to succeed in many other sports like soccer, cheerleading and athletics.
After I left school I stopped competing and without a sport to focus on I fell into a downward spiral, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. This lead to a loss of identity and ultimately anxiety which at its worse caused me avoid any social situations at all.
A few years ago I found my love for fitness again and started to experiment with different types of training. I stopped seeing fitness as something I had to do to improve my aesthetics and started seeing it as playtime and a way to express myself.
I am now happier and healthier then I have ever been, working as a personal trainer hoping to inspire people to have fun with fitness and improve their quality of life. I genuinely believe that if you are good to your body and feel good about how you look it can change your whole outlook. It’s not just about training your body, how you think affects how you feel and how you feel affects how you think.
Nutrition is a big part of how you feel, I made the choice to go plant based nearly 3 years ago and I am stronger than ever, have more energy and better sleep. Overall your wellbeing starts with what you put in your body – that’s why I chose to partner with PranaOn!
