They’re gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, vegan and take literally take 5 minutes to whip up.
Serves: makes 6-10 squares (depending on size)
Time: 5 minutes
2 cups nut butter
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
Splash of water
Sprinkle of sea salt
In a food processor add all the ingredients and process until well combined.
Press into a lined baking tray and freeze for 2 hours.
Cut into slices and store in the fridge.
