    They say the simple things in life are best, and these three ingredient white chocolate protein bars definitely prove it! Nutritionist & Naturopath Shelley McKenzie AKA @freedomwellness created this recipe for those looking for super easy delicious protein snacks on the go. They’re gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, vegan and take literally take 5 minutes to whip up.

    Three ingredient white chocolate protein bars

     

    Serves: makes 6-10 squares (depending on size)
    Time: 5 minutes

     

    Ingredients

    2 cups nut butter

    1/4 cup rice malt syrup

    1/2 PranaON Phyto Fire Protein in White Chocolate

    Splash of water

    Sprinkle of sea salt

     

    Method

    1. In a food processor add all the ingredients and process until well combined.

    2. Press into a lined baking tray and freeze for 2 hours.

    3. Cut into slices and store in the fridge.
