This recipe for Triple Berry Chocolate Proats by Jackie Russel is full of antioxidants, low in sugar and tastes delicious! Triple Berry Chocolate Proats

Serves: 1
Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

40g gluten free oats
100g frozen mixed berries
100ml unsweetened almond milk

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and combine.

Warm in the microwave or on the stove top, and add more milk if required.

Top with toppings of choice. A good combination is fresh strawberries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds and coconut flakes.
