These mini vanilla turmeric banana protein muffins are the perfect wholesome breakfast or tasty snack on the go. They’re gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free, and made with our Organic Pure Protein. Think banana muffins but pimped with protein, superfoods like anti-inflammatory turmeric, and subtle vanilla. Delicious.

Vanilla Turmeric Banana Protein Muffins


Serves: makes 12 serves
Time: 35 minutes



2 ripe bananas, mashed
3 flax eggs (3 tbsp flaxmeal & 9 tbsp water)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 cups coconut flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon



  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
  2. Mix all wet ingredients well
  3. Add all dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Add walnuts, coconut, goji berries or choc chips if desired.
  5. Bake at 160°C for 20-30mins.
  6. Allow to cool and enjoy!
