Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promotion is conducted by PranaOn, operated by PranaOn/Powered By Plants.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on 12 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 October 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. New and existing PranaOn subscribers are welcome to enter.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete and submit the giveaway entry form at www.pranaon.com during the promotion period, providing their first name and valid email address.

Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions will not increase the chance of winning.

Subscribing to SMS marketing is optional and does not affect eligibility.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a $150 AUD PranaOn online store voucher, redeemable at www.pranaon.com.

The voucher is not exchangeable for cash and is subject to any applicable voucher redemption conditions and Australian consumer law.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 1 November 2026 at 9:00 am AEST (Brisbane time).

The draw will be conducted by PranaOn using a random selection method. The winner does not need to be present.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email within seven days of the draw, using the email address provided at entry.

Instructions for receiving and redeeming the voucher will be provided.

Any unclaimed prize will be handled in accordance with applicable trade promotion requirements.

The winner's details or draw result will be published where required by law.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize, in accordance with PranaOn's Privacy Policy.

Marketing communications will only be sent where appropriate consent has been obtained. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications without affecting an eligible giveaway entry.

9. General Conditions

The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent or invalid entries, subject to applicable law.

The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion only as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
