Our current favourite dessert has to be this creamy, dreamy Cacao Chia Protein Pudding. This gluten free, and vegan recipe is super simple to make and uses only four nutritious ingredients. Chia seeds are rich in protein, fibre, omega 3, antioxidants and calcium, and work perfectly with our tasty plant-based protein. Make it for breakfast on the go, an anytime snack or after dinner chocolate fix. Tip: Try blending the chia seeds and other ingredients before setting for a mousse consistency!

Time: 5 minutes
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, glass or jar.
- Leave to set in fridge overnight or if in a rush leave for an hour.
- Top with your favourites. We’ve sprinkled cacao nibs and roasted hazelnuts to make the flavours pop!
