PB&J Blended Overnight Oats
Let’s face it… oats, especially overnight oats, don’t have the best consistency - and if you want a change you need to try blending your oats 🤤🤤🤤
We love blending our rolled oats into flour prior, but if you prefer you can mix all your ingredients in a blender until you get your desired consistency 🫱🏽🫲🏾
For our PB&J Blended Overnight Oats you’ll need:
🥜 1/3 - 1/2 cup of oats
✨ 1 x serve of the NEW @pranaon Peanut Protein in Chocolate
🥜 1/2 - 1 cup of plant milk (start with less then gradually add more!
✨ 2tsp of Raspberry Jam
🥜 2tsp of Peanut Butter
✨ 1 tbsp of Creamy Yogurt
Combine and top and leave to set in the fridge overnight or a few hours ✨🫶🏽🥜
