Tell us a bit about you and your journey…
My journey has been 8yrs long from reading Oxygen magazines & wanting to change my life then losing 30kg after having 2 kids, while starting off in boxing classes to doing weight training & nutrition & fallin' in love with all of it.
5yrs ago started competing in ICN then went to WBFF last Oct & winning my first ever show coming 2nd place in fitness & figure there was no stopping me so by my third show I finally got my dream & biggest goal yet.

Tell us about your morning routine
I wake up to reading my bible or a little meditation, preparing eggs & healthy fats with some coffee, listening to some slow calming music to set my soul for the day
What’s your favourite PranaOn product?
My FAV would be the banana protein powder oh! The new protein bars amazing so much real flavour.
What’s your favourite way to use it or incorporate it into your healthy lifestyle, and why?
I love making greek yougurt & protein with berries for a before bed snack or the protein bars for on the go or after a session at the gym.
Tell us something interesting about yourself or a hidden talent
I use to be a hairdresser for 16yrs before changed my career, I'm very creative & made my theme wear outfits for my shows
Things happen as they are part of the plan for our life, we are never in control, timing is always perfect in every situation.
Do you prefer training in the morning or evening?
I prefer training during the day I have the most strength & energy.
Where can we find you on a Saturday?
At my gym training clients, doing what I love.
What’s on the horizon for you?
Competing in the Worlds at the Bahamas in august then back on the gold coast for my next pro show in Oct.
