Pea protein is also high in iron and zinc, providing 50% of the daily RDI per serve, which is especially beneficial for vegans and vegetarians.
Rice Protein: Rice Protein boasts a 90% digestibility rate, avoiding bloating and gastric discomfort. It is rich in vitamins B and E, and dietary fibre. While most plant proteins are incomplete, combining rice and pea proteins in our formulation ensures a complete amino acid profile.
Faba Bean Protein: Faba bean protein contains no saturated fat and is high in folate and iron, essential for energy metabolism. It is 85% protein with a similar amino acid profile to pea protein. Rich in insoluble fibre, it supports gut health and helps prevent gastrointestinal blockage. Its mild, nutty taste balances the flavours of pea and rice proteins.
