How can I sample the different products?

There are Multi Packs available soon for purchase from the website. A Trial Pack consists of single serve sachets, allowing you to find your favourite flavour. Check them out here!

Are all your products vegan/which of your products are vegan?

All products in the PranaOn range are vegetarian and vegan friendly. This means that we do not use any animal by-products.

Are PranaON products safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do have pregnant and breastfeeding mothers using our products, however we recommend that in the first instance you seek professional physicians’ advice. There is naturally occurring caffeine in Phyto Fire Protein and Pure Boost which some prefer to avoid.

Are your products safe for children under 15?

The warnings on the packaging are a mandatory Australian labelling requirement for all supplementary sports food. Individuals and parents are responsible for what their children consume, the warnings are to make sure attention is paid to ingredients. It is advisable to seek professional physicians’ advice regarding your children’s individual needs.

Which product would be best for me?

Like all supplements, individuals will respond differently to the performance enhancing benefits of the ingredients. For personal advice, your nutritional needs will be specific to you, so the benefits of our products will depend on identifying what your needs are as well as a consideration of your current nutritional intake that our products will be supplementing.

Why do the Protein Powder tubs say to consume within 8 weeks of opening?

It can be confusing for consumers to see the phrase "use within 8 weeks" on the packaging of the product, along with a use-by date. When the container for the protein powder is opened, it becomes vulnerable to moisture and potential contamination if the surroundings are not adequate. Moisture can create an environment conducive to the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms. This can deteriorate the quality of the product. In an effort to maintain the purest products possible, we have consciously made the decision to not include anti-caking agents, which is why we have this 8-week recommendation. We want to emphasize that with proper storage of your protein, most ideally in a cool, dark and dry place, sealed as tight as possible each time, you can prolong the life of your protein all the way until that is used by date printed on the bottom of your container. Please also note that due to the natural products, taste may vary as the product ages. 

Why do your products vary in taste from time to time?

We strive for consistency with the taste of our products from one batch to the next. However, there are many variables when using natural and organic ingredients. For example, seasonality can affect the cultivation of crops and directly affect the sweetness and taste of certain ingredients.

I just placed an order, how long until I get it?

Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. They have made significant changes to their network to help manage the increased parcel volumes, limited flight availability and social distancing requirements due to COVID-19.For the latest updates on Coronavirus impacts, visit auspost.com.au
Your order will generally take 1-2 business days for packing. Delivery times are currently longer than normal, due to transportation delays.  These delays have been an ongoing problem since the start of COVID.  Timings can also vary depending on location and size. Here is a guide:
QLD/NSW/ACT 1-5 business days
VIC/SA 2-7 business days
NT/TAS 2-10 business days
WA 2-10 business days

How can I track my order?

When ordering, please make sure to use current details. You will be sent an automated email or sms with tracking information once your order is scanned in. If you haven’t received an email or sms, please contact info@pranaon.com with your name and order number.

Do you ship internationally?

We aren’t shipping outside Australia at this point in time, but please stay posted on the website and social media for future updates.
