Tell us a bit about you and your journey…

Growing up, I was overweight, bad at sports, I struggled to make friends, I was always picked last for a team and I was bullied for being different. On top of that my parents were really tough on me but I wouldn’t change a thing. All my experiences gave me the discipline and work ethic I have today. Be grateful for challenges - they give us the opportunity to rise up and become a better version of ourselves.

What is your proudest moment thus far?

Career wise - landing a lead role on an Aussie blockbuster (Occupation Rainfall) was a huge achievement for me. Seeing my face all over bus stops, billboards and on the big screen was quite a surreal experience. But my biggest achievement by far was hearing my mum say the three words I’ve longed for: “I’m proud of you”

Tell us about your morning routine

I fast 16-18 hours a day. I have my PranaOn Super Greens in the morning and train on an empty stomach. For my break-fast I have a nutritious & colourful smoothie bowl with PranaOn protein powder, acai, banana, buckwheat granola & lots of nuts and seeds.

What’s your favourite PranaOn product?

Super Greens!

What’s your favourite way to use it or incorporate it into your healthy lifestyle, and why?

I think everyone needs a dose of Super Greens everyday! I believe in balance and everything in moderation, I’m not hugely strict on my diet 24/7. Having metabolic flexibility is key for my health and happiness. I enjoy wine and donuts on occasion but those things are highly acidic so I make sure to take my Super Greens every morning to balance my PH and I may have a second serve if I’ve been extra naughty.

Any superstitions?

I’m not sure if this is a superstition but I do believe in Karma.

Do you prefer training in the morning or evening?

I prefer to train on an empty stomach usually in the morning

Where can we find you on a Saturday?

I volunteer every fortnight at Edgars Mission, you’ll find me picking up poop there or shoveling hay beds. Every other Saturday morning I’m gathering organic, local produce at the farmers markets in preparation for another inspired cook. I’m definitely not one for buzzing bars or parties. I’m more of a low key, picnic, hike, wine over dinner, gym, netflix and chill kinda gal.

What’s on the horizon for you?

Part 2 of my latest film Occupation Rainfall will be commencing in the near future. I’m also in the process of writing a plant-based cookbook.

Favourite motto to live by:

“Never pass on an opportunity that can make you better!”
