Biscoff baked protein oats recipe

BISCOFF BAKED OATS⁠ recipe by PranaOn ambassador @melindawood__

Everything about this recipe makes all our Biscoff dreams come true. The sweet smell of cinnamon, the crumbly biscuit sprinkle, the oozing biscoff centre, if you only ever try one baked oats recipe let it be this!!! ⁠ ⁠

INGREDIENTS:⁠

• 50g instant oats⁠

• 1/2 banana, mashed⁠

• 1/2 scoop @pranaon Power Plant Protein in French Vanilla ⁠(our Limited Edition Gingerbread flavour would be epic in this)

• 1/2 tsp baking powder ⁠

• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁠

• 1/2 tsp cinnamon ⁠

• 80ml unsweetened almond milk⁠

• 1 tblsp biscoff spread, plus extra⁠

• 1 biscoff biscuit to top, optional⁠ ⁠

 

DIRECTIONS:⁠

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius⁠

2. Combine all ingredients besides biscoff spread in a bowl and mix well⁠

3. Pour 2/3 of mix into a ramekin sprayed lightly with coconut oil⁠

4. Place biscoff spread into centre, then top with remaining mixture ⁠

5. Sprinkle top with 1/2 a crumbed biscoff biscuit, then bake for around 20 minutes ⁠

6. Drizzle with extra melted biscoff spread, and top with a whole biscuit ⁠

7. Dig in an enjoy!!
