Vegan Protein Cookie Dough

We’re all about healthy snacks and this Vegan Protein Cookie Dough ticks all the right boxes. It is mood boosting, high-protein, plant-based, gluten-free, full of fibre and tastes super indulgent too. Just like eating the dough when baking cookies as a kid, only healthy!

Vegan Protein Cookie Dough

Serves: 4
Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

1 can organic chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
1 scoop PranaOn Vanilla Power Plant Protein
2 heaped tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips

 

Method

Place chickpeas into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Add protein powder, peanut butter, maca powder, maple syrup and almond milk and blitz again until combined. Add more milk if required to reach desired consistency.

Mix through vegan dark chocolate chips.

Place in a bowl and enjoy spoon by spoon!
