The Ultimate Prana On Chocolate Protein Icecream


  • 1 cup of coconut crème or milk
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp. of cacao powder
  • 1 scoop of Power Plant Protein (rich chocolate works best)
  • 2 tbsp. of unhulled tahini
  • 2 tbsp. of cashew butter (or other nut butter)
  • 3 tbsp. of coconut oil/butter
  • 6 medjool dates
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt


  1. Add all ingredients to high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Place contents into container and place in freezer for around 2-3 hours.
  3. Enjoy! Perfect to eat straight from the bowl, on top of your favourite Prana On Pancakes, or even blended into your Prana On protein shake for the ultimate thick shake!
